Free · 20 minutes · new firms only

New firm on TaxDome?
Start with 20 free minutes.

You bought TaxDome, you opened it, and there are about forty things staring back at you. Twenty minutes with someone who runs an entire tax practice on it will tell you which one to do first, and which thirty-nine can wait.

Free, no card, no pitch. Fill out a one-minute form, and if you're a fit I email you a private booking link. For firms started in the last 12 months that already have TaxDome.

Who this is for

Two things have to be true.

I built this for one specific person: the owner of a brand new firm who has already committed to TaxDome and now has to make it work.

1. You started your firm within the last 12 months

Your first year is when the decisions are cheap. Change a pipeline now and it affects a handful of clients. Change it in year four and it is a migration project. That is why I would rather catch you early.

2. You have already purchased TaxDome

Not researching it, not comparing it against three other platforms, and not on a trial. You bought it. This call is about getting your account working, not about talking you into anything.

Not a fit? No hard feelings, and I would rather you know now than after you have held a slot. More than a year in, book a paid 1:1 session instead, it covers far more ground. Still shopping for software, start with the guides and come back once you are set up.

What we actually do

Twenty minutes,
one useful answer.

This is not a demo and it is not a discovery call. You share your screen, I look at your real account, and we get somewhere.

Your biggest question, answered

You tell me the thing that has been nagging you since you signed up. Organizers, pipelines, billing, moving clients over. I give you a straight answer instead of a help-center link.

The right order of operations

Most new firms build TaxDome in the wrong sequence and end up redoing it. I will tell you what to set up first, second, and third so you are not rebuilding in February.

What to ignore for now

Half of the overwhelm is features you do not need yet. Knowing what to skip in your first year is worth as much as knowing what to build.

A sanity check on what you built

If you have already started setting things up, I will look at it and tell you honestly whether it holds up or whether it will bite you at scale.

Sound familiar?

Apply if...

These are the things new firm owners say to me on this call, almost word for word.

"I bought TaxDome and I genuinely do not know where to start"

"I have watched the tutorials and I am still stuck on my own setup"

"My first tax season is coming and I want the workflow right before it hits"

"I started building a pipeline and I am not sure it is going to hold up"

"I want to hear from someone running a real firm on it, not a salesperson"

"I have one question and I do not want to buy a whole package to ask it"

How it works

Apply, get a link,
get an answer.

Four steps. The form takes about a minute and I reply either way.

1

Fill out the short form

When you started your firm, whether you are on TaxDome, and the one thing you want help with. That last answer is what makes 20 minutes enough.

2

I check fit and email you

Usually within a business day or two. If you qualify, you get a private booking link and pick any time that works. If you do not, I tell you plainly and point you at the thing that fits better.

3

We meet for 20 minutes

Google Meet, screen shared, TaxDome open. No slides and no warm-up. I have already read your answer, so we start in the right place.

4

You leave with next steps

A short written recap of what we covered and what to do next, so the call does not evaporate the moment you close the tab.

Tell me about your firm

About a minute. If you're a fit I'll email you a private booking link, usually within a business day or two. If you're not, I'll tell you straight and point you somewhere more useful. Either way you get a reply.

Who you're talking to

An EA who set all of this up from scratch, not that long ago.

I'm Yehuda Tenenbaum, EA and founder of Y10 Tax Solutions. I run my entire practice on TaxDome and I built every pipeline, template, and automation in it myself. I remember exactly what the first month felt like, which is most of the reason this call exists.

Twenty free minutes costs me very little and saves a new firm owner weeks of guessing. If it turns into paid work later, great. If it does not, you still got the answer you came for.

  • Enrolled Agent (EA), licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS
  • TaxDome Certified Advisor, completed TaxDome's official Academy certification
  • Founder of Y10 Tax Solutions, my entire practice runs on TaxDome
  • TaxDome beta tester, working with new features before they ship
  • Practitioner perspective, answers grounded in running a real firm
FAQ

Common questions

Anything not covered here? Email me before applying and I'll tell you straight.

Yes. No charge, no card, no trial that quietly turns into a bill. I keep a few slots open every week for firm owners in their first year, because that is when a short conversation makes the biggest difference.
Because the call is only useful if you actually fit it. I would rather tell you that in 30 seconds on a form than have you hold a slot, rearrange your afternoon, and find out on the call. It takes about a minute and you get a reply either way.
Usually within a business day or two. If you qualify I send a private booking link and you pick whatever time works. During tax season it can take a little longer, but you will always get an answer.
Then this one is not for you, and I would rather say so up front than take the application and turn it down. A paid 45-minute session covers far more ground anyway, and you can book one directly with no application and no waiting.
Wait until you have. Twenty minutes looking at your actual account is worth far more than twenty minutes of me describing screens you cannot see yet. Start with the guides, get your account going, then come apply.
Because 20 minutes is long enough to find the one thing worth fixing first, and short enough that I can genuinely offer it for free without it eating my week. The application does the warm-up so we can skip it on the call.
No pitch. I answer your question and tell you what I would do next. If that next step is something you would rather not do alone, you already know where to find me, and I would rather earn that than push for it.
One free call per firm. If you want ongoing help, a paid session or the 4-session pack is the honest answer, and we pick up exactly where the free call left off instead of starting over.
Just have TaxDome open and be ready to share your screen. The question you answered on the application is all the prep I need.

Your first year is the cheapest time to fix this.

Twenty minutes, no cost, no pitch. Fill out the form with the question that has been bugging you since you signed up.
