Y10 Tax Tech is a consulting service operated by Y10 Solutions LLC. This policy explains what limited information we handle when you use this website (y10taxtech.com) and our services. We keep data collection to a minimum.

Y10 Tax Tech is a TaxDome consulting and training service operated by Y10 Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"), led by Yehuda Tenenbaum, EA. You can reach us at yehuda@y10tax.com.

We collect only the information you choose to give us:

When you book a session or call: bookings are handled through Cal.com, which collects your name, email, and scheduling details in order to schedule the meeting.
When you email us: we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
When you subscribe to our newsletter: our Substack publication collects your email address through Substack.

This website itself does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for sensitive personal or financial information through it.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to schedule and deliver sessions and trainings, respond to your questions, send the newsletter you subscribed to, and run our business. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Third-party services

We rely on trusted third-party providers, each with its own privacy policy: Cal.com (scheduling), Substack (newsletter), Cloudflare (website hosting and security), and standard email. When you interact with those services, their privacy practices apply to the data they handle.
